The One where we all go to Alaska!

This trip was a long time in the making. You see, my Mommy and her brother wanted to take her parents, my Avo and Ava, to Alaska to celebrate their 50th anniversary. It had long been a dream of theirs to see our northern most state. So after much planning, we finally made the trip. First, we landed in Anchorage and stayed at the historic Captain Cook hotel. Then cruised around in a tourbus and took in the locals fishing, the multiple water airstrips, and the bustling downtown. From there, we went to Denali by train and saw Denali Park and all it’s wildlife. From Denali to the small town of Girdwood, up a cable car to dine at a fine restaurant. Then to see some Glaciers in Prince William Sound in Whittier on a Tour Boat. Then finally to the Sea town of Seward to see some Orca and Humpback whales (which the captain said was rare for that time of year).

Everyone had a blast (even my Dad, who doesn’t like cold weather).

So many pictures. We hope you enjoy them.
