Even though Grandma and Grandpa were in the waiting room during Mommy’s 24 hour delivery, they didn’t get to see me the day I was born. Silly hospitals and their visiting hours.
But they were patient, came up the very next day and gave me a teddy bear and a balloon and a heckuva lot of love!
I can’t blame them though. I’m adorable.
I am born!
Hi, I’m Shanti Maria Nunes Trivedi , born at Prentice Women’s Hospital on November 24th 2016 (Thanksgiving) at 7:10 PM CT to Angela and Dilip Trivedi, pretty much making that the best day of their lives. I took my time during delivery, 24 hours in total, because my room in Mommy’s belly was warm and served a free continental Breakfast every morning. But the doctors decided that I was done freeloading, and evicted me via C-section.
I’m a pretty chill chick. Keep my belly full, my diaper dry and belch me every now and again, and you won’t hear a peep outta me. Since my daddy’s cough and sneezes scare the crap outta me, and he laughs hysterically when I jump, I only smile for Mommy. Makes him jealous.
My dad bought himself a fancy new camera and will be posting pictures of yours truly on a semi regular basis, so friends and family can keep up with my adventures.
