Halloween remains my absolute favorite holiday…of October. And each year consistently tops the previous. We had a ridiculous amount of fun at so many events.

First came my Kindergarten celebration at the park. I saw all my friends, including Raddick, Reese and her brother Roman and so many others kids that my Dad forgot the names of.

Immediately after, we headed over to the Fountain Hills celebration with Grandma and Grandpa and my daycare friend, Oliver and his family. We played games and slid down slides and waiting for long stretches in various queues for a single piece of candy!

Finally, on Halloween night Reese and Roman’s family graciously extended an invite to head over to their neighborhood for trick or treating! My neighborhood is nice but the only candy given out are Tums and stale Werthers Originals so we quickly accepted. But their neighborhood was a blast with everyone outside handing us copious amounts of brightly colored sugar. We wrapped the night with an impromptu play date while our parents sat around the table drinking grown-up juice.

So much fun and can’t wait until next year!
